Administrators SickBiker Posted January 8, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2018 Colnago C60 (replaced C59): fully handmade, lugged yet carbon design, greater tube dimensions comparing to C59, rim and disc brake version, 1050g of frame weight, Great to see old-school design in pro peloton. Colnago Concept: the most aerodynamic in this range, aero frame design closer to TT, than road race bikes, integrated seatpost clamp, Thread Fit bottom bracket. This is the bike for those "solo wins". Thread Fit bottom bracket. Aerodynamic approach to cable routing. Colnago V1-r: probably the most advanced Colnago bike (developed with Ferrari), lightweight and aerodynamics, 835g of frame weight, rim and disc brake version, carbon frame dropouts, Thread Fit 82,5 bottom bracket, dedicated aero seatpost. Most advanced Colnago's bike. Each tube has been aero optimized in the wind tunnel. Dedicated aero seatpost. Colnago CLX: this one seats between high-end C60 or V1-R and the entry level C-RS, frame weight of 950g, carbon frame dropouts, Thread Fit 82,5 bottom bracket shared with C60 and V1-R, 27,2 mm seatpost with a standard clamp. Just between the pro peleton machines and the entry level C-RS. Carbon dropouts for less weight. Thread Fit 82.5 for more reliability and ease of maintenance (claimed by Colnago). On this model Colnago decided to go for the external seatpost clamp. Colnago C-RS: "entry level" carbon frame (blend of a cheaper fibers), integrated seatpost clamp enhances its deflection, 27,2 mm seatpost diameter + lowered seat stays - top tube joint for more compliance, the frameset accommodates up to 25 mm wide tires. Here you can start your adventure with Colnago carbon bikes... Much more seatpost deflection means more compliance. Compact seat and chainstays for more precision. Colnago A1r (replaced Strada SL): aluminium frame with extremely smooth welds, full carbon fork (blades and steering tube made of carbon fiber), smaller seat tube diameter for less weight better comfort - 27,2 mm, Press Fit bottom bracket, internal cable routing. Alloy lovers won't be disappointed. These welds are beautiful. Aesthetics and performance.
