What frame for my XC bike build

Hi guys, 

I'm looking for a suggestion for my bike build. Thank you Danny for a motivation looking at your videos. 

I purchased (for a great price) a XC 29er with 1x12 SRAM Eagle group set and Manitou Markhor fork which I want to transfer on the new frame. (current frame is great but a small size)

I am quite tall (6'2") so XL frame would be the best and considering these corona times, probably budget oriented price would be preferable. 

Bike wont be used for competitions but a regular weekend mountain trail getaways so no need for high end parts. 

It has 148x12 through axels at the back.
