Old road shifters jammed or not shifting. Shimano Sora ST-R3300

Here's the tutorial on how to disassemble, clean, grease and assemble the vintage Shimano Sora ST-R3300 shifters. If your shifters don't work, try to start simply by spraying some WD-40  into it. The old grease might stop the pawls from moving. If it doesn't help, the full maintenance can be necessary. I use a Shimano grease, like this one.

The circular white plastic part that you feed the cable into (I'm imagining it's the indexer but am not sure) on my left shift lever is broken; does anyone have any ideas as to where a replacement could be found? Shimano doesn't sell them...
