dawit Posted September 18, 2022 Share Posted September 18, 2022 Hope this finds you well. I am having trouble with the E-Tube app for my new 12 speed di2. I have an Ultegra di2 system with a 52/36 chainring and a 11/34 cassette. No matter where I look I can't find the 'Gear position control' toggle switch. As a result, in both synchro and semi synchro shift modes the chain is able to go on the small chainring and small cog and cross chain. I also have an 11 speed Ultegra di2 with 52/36 chainring and 11/30 cassette. I have no issues with this version. In fact I would like two screenshots from the app, one from the 11speed and one from the 12speed. You can see on the app for the 11speed version the toggle for gear position control is there which avoids the chain from cross chaining. The other picture shoes the same thing but for the 12speed version. In this app the toggle is not there. Please advise on how this issue can be resolved. Thank you and hope to be ear from you soon.
