New Bike + Rookie

Recommended Posts

I am new to mountain biking or bike riding in general. Like everyone else I bought a cheap mountain bike during COVID-19 lockdown and fell in love. I enjoyed so much (left like a teenager again) I decided to buy a new bike as I want to continue & improve my riding.

Now, I bought a 2021 Nukeproof Scout 275 Pro (still waiting for delivery), and I am trying to figure out what tools I need to maintain this bike on my own. Taking it to a shop for service will be too costly. Already have a very upset wife, don't want to add more fuel to it LOL.

So far, I only have 1 tool i.e. your videos, but could you please guide me what other tools I will need to maintain my specific bike?

As we all know a happy wife is a happy life, so let's keep the list specific to my bike/build.

I know I am asking for alot, but I will really appreciate your help.

Thank you

Just go to any tool shop and buy a tool kit for repairing of a mountain bike. When I bought mountain bike under 500 i also bought a tool kit with it. Now whenever I face any issue I repair it by myself. You can buy it from any bike store.
