Platycercus Posted August 14, 2020 Share Posted August 14, 2020 (edited) Hi guys, so I´ve just bought the 2018 CTM caliber 2.0 on sale and personally I´m very happy with it, only upgrade I´m thinking of is buying 180mm rotor for the front, but that´s a question of 20bucks or so, so not really a problem. I´m a beginner and would like to hear some second opinions, do you think it was a good deal for the price? Also, do you think I´ll be able to use it for some mtb marathons in the future? The main components are: Manitou markhor (tapered) with remote lockout, xt rear and deore front deraileur 2x10 11-36 x 24 - 38, shimano m396 brakes, fsa comet crankset, wtb ranger 27.5x2.25 tires, weight 12.8kg. Btw. the geometry chart on the ctm website states 71degree headtube ange, but I believe It´s actually 70, as stated in the technical documents of the bike. Thanks for any answers!
